1. Place furniture on protective mats – to protect the floor under the upholstery.
2. Power Vacuum Upholstery – to remove gritty dry soil, that damages the fiber, and allergens.
3. Soil Emulsifying Pre-Spray – breaks down the sticky soil like body fluids, spill and other soils
4. Pre-Spot – any difficult soiling or staining
5. Agitate With A Horse Hair Brush – to break soil free and prepare it for extraction.
6. Hot Water Extraction – to remove soil and cleaning solution.
7. PH Balance Fabric – returns fabric to a normal ph, which will leave it soft and free of dirt attracting residue.
8. Set Nap – remove the stroke marks left my cleaning tool. Help to dry fabric quicker and leave a nice finished look.
9. Speed Dry – expedite drying to under an hour in most cases
Optional Service
EPA Certified Fabric Sanitizer – This is applied before the wet cleaning step. It will aid in getting rid of bacteria, viruses, odor causing elements and dust mites.
Apply Fabric Protector – Applied after the hot water extraction cleaning. Protect the upholstery and makes it easier to keep clean
