Carpet, Cleaning In Arizona

Our professional carpet cleaning systems has one primary goal. to help you fall in love with your home again, so that you enjoy your down time with your family even more.

Our systems will improve the appearance of you home, extend the life of your carpet and create a better overall “feel” of your home.

In this detailed video I will break the steps, with videos, that I will use to achieve our goal with your carpet cleaning services.

Below the video is a quicker, more basic, break down of the steps.

There are always four primary objectives for Professional Carpet Cleaning.  Dry soil removal, Water soluble soil suspension, Water soluble soil extraction, stain and odor removal.

The steps listed in black are part of our refresher cleaning package, the steps listed in blue are part of our heavy traffic lane treatment that is used as need where the carpet is more heavily soiled or matted down.

Dry soil removal

Pile lifting – to lift nap and separate fiber where matted down so we can vacuum deeper.
Pre-Vacuuming – to remove dry soil

Water soluble soil suspension

Pre-Spray and pre spot:  to break down soil bond and suspend soil for removal.
Power Scrub:  Power scrubbing heavy traffic lanes assist in maximum soil suspension

Water soluble soil extraction

Orbital Scrub and Extract:  Removes suspended soil from carpet fiber
Absorbent dry compound:  Apply this compound to absorb any remaining soils and oil in the carpet fiber.
Pile setting (also removes dry compound if used):  Set the carpet nap to stand up straight for a better final appearance and aid in faster drying.

Specialty Stain & Odor Removal:  While we cannot guarantee stains and odor removal we do have solutions that give us the best possible chance for success removal and remediations.

Optional Upgrades To Our Carpet Cleaning Systems

Carpet Sanitization: This is a product certified by the EPA to kill mold, mildew, viruses, bacteria, dust mites and other nasties that can be living in you carpet and upholstery.

Carpet Protection: This is the best way to keep you carpets clean long term. It helps blocks spills from penetrating the carpet fiber and becoming a permanent stain. It also inhibits soil from sticking to your carpet making your vacuuming more effective. You will also be qualified for our Perfect Clean VIP Maintenance Program. 1. I run the property management division for our company. We have over 300 properties. Travis has been our #1 carpet cleaner for over 8 years. He is always professional, dependable and does an excellent job.”

  2. I found Integrity Cleaning Systems, Carpet and Tile Cleaning through the yellow pages on a sunday morning desprately looking for someone to come out as my dog had made several messes in my home. Travis was the ONLY company to respond and he came to my home within a few hours. That was about a year or so ago and I have used Travis ever since. Just recently he came out for me on Memorial day when my dog had another accident, he was not going to work that day but he came out anyways. His company name is true to his values, ethics and his service. I am definatly a customer for life.

  4. I just had my first carpet and upholstery cleaning with Travis from Integrity Cleaning. I couldn’t be happier. He was prompt, courteous and friendly yet very professional. He utilized a new device which went into my doorway to block the hot air from coming in (and the cool air from leaving) while still allowing him to bring all of the necessary hoses and equipment in the house. This is a great idea! I will certainly utilize his services again and make sure to refer him to others. Thanks Travis!

  5. Carpets look much better. The prior tenant had two dogs and no doggie door, if you get my drift. Most of the yellow is gone and he’s going to retreat the remaining spots for free! Also be aware he does carpet patching, if you need it. I’ve used Travis on my houses and am always happy – unless I’m being Doc or Grumpy.

  6. Have been utilizing the Integrity services for the last couple years in our offices, and for the last year for the carpets in my home. Always responds to calls to set up the appt within a reasonable time frame (usually just a couple hours), always on time to the appt, and carpets always look great. Good service, happy to support this local business!

  7. Travis is such a great guy and he always does a terrific job on our carpets. We’ve used him for a number of years and he is always on time, very professional, does a thorough job and is very careful with the walls and furniture. I heartily recommend his company for both carpet and upholstery cleaning.

  8. We received a carpet cleaning from Travis and our carpet actually looks “new” again. I appreciated that Travis took the time to explain various options for me to choose from when getting the carpet cleaned and it was a very low pressure experience.
